Fiberglass

There are many variations of fiberglass, each suitable for different circumstances.

Characteristics of fiberglass are:

  • Fiberglass is inflammable en the tensile strength remains the same
  • Fiberglass don't conduct heat and electricity very well
  • Normally glass is very fragile but when melted and formed into thin wires it's strong and flexible.
  • The tensile strength is extremely high, even higher than nylon and polypropylene

We can help you make the right choice depending on the maximum temperature and thickness of the material needed.
